Acceptance and confirmation of Order

• Full payment is required upon confirmation of purchase.

• Goods sold and collected are not returnable or exchangeable.

• Same day delivery is not available. Cut off time at 3pm for next day delivery.

• Klang Valley (for selected areas only) delivery rate RM 10 per location.

• No amendment is allowed between order confirmation and collection / delivery.

• Candles only available with cake order.

• Cake calligraphy is limited to 25 letters. Please write in remark column during check out. We will resort to default wishes if limit is not met.

• Greeting card is available for hamper up to 25 words only. Please write in the remark column during checkout.

• Products may contain allergens, non-edible, sharp edged and / or choking decorative components.

• Refer to product labeling for storage temperature and handling instructions.

• Our products contain no added preservatives. Temperature fluctuation may affect the quality and shelf life of our products. Lavender will not be responsible if the defect is caused by the customer’s own mishandling and misuse of the product.

• Delivery could be earlier or later than your preferred time slot as all deliveries are subjected to traffic condition, weather, and any unforeseen circumstances.

• Please ensure the receiver mobile number is reachable. There will be times where driver will need to be able to confirm the receiver attendance at the delivery address before they proceed with the delivery, and there will be times where driver will need to be able to contact you when they are not able to locate the correct address you provided.

• In the event when there is no receiver at delivery destination, orders will be returned to our HQ. Re-delivery can be arranged at additional cost.

• Due to perishable nature of our products, full payment will be forfeited and goods will be disposed if not collected within the same day.

• Product must be checked and shall deemed accepted if no queries are raised immediately upon delivery.

• Packaging subjected to change while stocks last.
